Hungarian-brazilian violin ud and tanbur player. He graduated in composition (UNICAMP – Brazil) and Traditional Music (College of Nyíregyháza – Hungary). In Istanbul he had lessons with the best masters of Turkish classical music, like Yurdal Tokcan, Necati Celik and Murat Aydemir.
He performed as a violinist in many concerts in Brazil with the acordeon players Daniel Grajew and Gabriel Levy and in Europe with the pianist Giovanni de Cecco. Today he lives between Istanbul and São Paulo and gives solo recitals and lectures about Classical Ottoman Music in many cities of Brazil. With his trio Nazar he develops a fusion between turkish classical and traditional music with jazz. Together with Daniel Grajew, he performs East European Music, Balkan and Klezmer.
